In times where matter no longer seems imminent, listening to it, eager for freedom, gives us openness to unrecognizable universes. More than acoustics and sound, Auditum is the encounter of what we are between echoes, momentum of silence and impulse of the ears.
Listening Week is a festival of sound and intermediate arts created around listening and its multiple theoretical and practical dimensions, investigating its dynamics with respect to society, territory and life. It takes place every year during the month of July and is a city event, free of charge and for a wide range of audiences. With academic conferences, live sound events, audiovisual performances and sound actions in public space, among other formats, we seek to generate spaces for reflection and creation through various sound practices, and their encounter with other arts and disciplines.
